China's UN envoy said on Friday that a meeting has been schedule for next to discuss a possibility of deferring the trial for at least one year in order to give time for a tribunal to be set up locally to try the post election violence suspects.Although these move has been greatly backed by the AU, most Kenyans still feel the trial being held in Kenya is total injustice and a waste of time, how many cases connected to violence against humanity and corruption are still pending? The Ouko murder and the Golden berg are just but two of the hundreds of cases pending for further investigation and possible court trial of the suspects.
I am one of the Kenyans who have lost faith in our country's ability to have such things as fair trial, No wonder the only ones backing up Kenya is the African Union leaders, who are full of corruption and dictatorship.
I am a number one supporter of Luis Moreno Ocampo's move to go ahead with the trial at the ICC and NOT here.
